A note on freshness
EUDR is a live rulebook. A delegated act on product scope is pending and a country-benchmarking review is due in 2026 — either can change a determination after your report is issued. The report states its position as at its date and flags anything under proposed change. Always open the source above and confirm the current text before relying on a determination for a market-access decision, and check with counsel.
